Design, Fabrication, and Installation of Three Replacement Gantry Crane Operator Cabs

This procurement opportunity involves the complete design, fabrication, and installation of three replacement operator cabs for existing gantry cranes. The contractor will be responsible for all phases of the project including site survey, design development, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. Each cab will be constructed according to detailed specifications including 3mm steel plate construction with reinforced internal frames, insulation, toughened safety glass windows, climate control systems (air conditioning and heating), LED lighting, and complete operator controls with joystick consoles and emergency stop buttons. The cabs will be designed to fit directly onto existing crane structures as direct replacements. All work includes removal of old cabs, installation of new units, electrical integration with the crane systems, and full commissioning. The contractor must provide comprehensive documentation including general arrangement drawings, electrical schematics, spare parts lists, declarations of conformity, and user manuals in PDF format. The scope encompasses project management, 3D modeling, risk assessment and mitigation strategies (RAMS), lift plans, access equipment provision, and all necessary lifting and installation equipment.
