Catering Services Contract for Cheam High School and Oaks Park High School

Cheam High School and Oaks Park High School, located in the London Borough of Sutton and part of the Cheam Academies Network Trust, are seeking a professional catering contractor to provide food and catering services for both schools. The contract will commence on 1st August 2026 for an initial three-year term (ending 31st July 2029), with options to extend for up to two additional one-year periods by mutual agreement based on performance. The contract includes termly and annual reviews plus a break clause to protect both parties. The projected five-year contract value is approximately £5.2 million. The Trust requires a contractor capable of delivering high-quality food, excellent service enhancements, realistic sales targets, and ongoing community support.
