    Brief

Five local housing authorities (Cannock Chase, Lichfield, South Staffordshire, Stafford Borough, and Tamworth) are seeking a qualified supplier to conduct a comprehensive Supported Housing Needs Assessment (SHNA). The assessment will analyze current and future housing support requirements across the region. Following completion of the needs assessment, Stafford Borough Council and Cannock Chase District Council will commission a Supported Housing Strategy to address identified gaps and develop recommendations for service provision. Suppliers should have expertise in housing needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development for supported housing services.
