    Brief

University College Cork (UCC) is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement to source project management services for its capital development programme. The framework will appoint a maximum of six project management firms to provide services on a non-exclusive basis. The primary contract will be for a full-time Project Manager (37.5 hours per week) with Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) background to support UCC's capital projects from 2026 to 2028, with options to extend for up to two additional years. The Project Manager will report to the Capital Projects Office and will be responsible for day-to-day project management, stakeholder liaison, consultant and contractor coordination, and site supervision across multiple concurrent projects. The role requires knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations and involves both office-based work at UCC Campus and on-site duties. Successful tenderers will be invited to join the framework to bid on individual project assignments as they arise.
