Temporary Workers Framework Agreement

The Assembly Commission is seeking experienced temporary staffing suppliers to establish a multi-supplier framework contract. This 48-month contract will provide temporary workers to fill short-term vacancies across the organization. Supplier Responsibilities: • Serve as the official employer for all supplied agency workers • Source and supply qualified temporary workers supervised by the Assembly Commission • Conduct comprehensive background checks and pre-placement screening • Manage all payroll administration, tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions • Handle performance management, attendance issues, conduct, and grievances • Provide administrative support for worker placement and supply operations Eligibility: Suppliers should be familiar with government staffing frameworks and understand the Assembly Commission's organizational structure.
