Play Area Refurbishment at Gaer Flying Start

This project involves comprehensive refurbishment of an existing outdoor play area at Gaer Flying Start. Work includes: power washing the timber fence and sleeper wall; repairing two existing gates and installing new heavy-duty hinges and hardware; supplying and installing a new small gate at the shelter side; removing and replacing a fence panel to allow access while maintaining security; removing existing carpet and reducing the stone base layer; supplying and laying binding dust with proper compaction; constructing new edging; and installing a black EPDM rubber safety surface. The contractor must account for access constraints, arrange machinery hire as needed, implement appropriate site safety measures, and maintain welfare standards throughout the project.
