    Brief

The Regional Waste Management Planning Offices seek a multi-party framework agreement for creative services to support the MyWaste brand. Successful bidders will design and develop graphic and creative assets that adhere to MyWaste branding guidelines while reflecting the aesthetic of gov.ie and mywaste.ie websites. Deliverables include English-language creative assets with corresponding Irish-language versions and may include translations into additional languages. All creative work becomes the property of the contracting authority upon completion, and all files must be transferred accordingly. This framework is divided into two mutually exclusive lots: Lot 1 covers creative services valued up to €20,000 (estimated total value €1,000,000), and Lot 2 covers creative services valued above €20,001 with an initial call-off contract (estimated total value €2,000,000). Bidders should note this project is subject to funding. Complete tender documentation, including MyWaste Brand guidelines and the Prequalification Questionnaire, is available at www.etenders.gov.ie.
