Maintenance Operative Service for Bolsover District Council Properties

Bolsover District Council is seeking a reliable and competent Maintenance Operative to provide essential support for the upkeep and operation of corporate properties, including Pleasley Vale Business Park, Tangent Business Hub, and other council-owned facilities. The successful contractor will be responsible for routine maintenance, minor repairs, vacant unit preparation, grounds maintenance, and general facility support. The service must ensure all properties remain safe, clean, and fully operational. The contract requires 37 hours per week across both sites, with the majority of time allocated to Pleasley Vale Business Park.
