Modular Toilet Block Supply and Installation for Future Coast Bude

Cormac is seeking a qualified supplier to design, manufacture, and install a modular toilet block at Crooklets as part of the Future Coast Bude project. The successful tenderer will work with Cormac designers to deliver a solution that meets the Client's funding budget cap and aesthetic requirements. Key responsibilities include: coordinating with Cormac on service provisions (electric, water, sewer) and site requirements; obtaining Local Building Control approval; engaging with local stakeholders through informal consultations; managing manufacturing, delivery, and installation logistics; and maintaining clear communication with Cormac and Cornwall Council throughout the project. The site is located in an existing overflow carpark with good access and level unloading arrangements. All works must be completed by the funding deadline of 31 March 2027. The contract will be managed under NEC3 standard terms, with evaluation based on 80% commercial and 20% quality criteria.
