DTRO-Compliant Traffic Regulation Order Module for one.network Platform

This procurement seeks to acquire Causeway's DTRO (Drainage and Treatment Regulations Order)-compliant Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) functionality as an integrated extension to the Authority's existing one.network platform. The solution will enable the Streetworks team to create, manage, and administer digital Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders directly within the mapping, traffic management, and streetworks system already in use. By leveraging the existing platform, this approach provides continuity of service, preserves access to critical historical roadworks data, eliminates the costs and operational risks associated with implementing and maintaining a separate system, and delivers consolidated functionality with minimal disruption. The integrated solution reduces training requirements, streamlines workflows, and avoids additional capital expenditure while enhancing operational efficiency.
