Learning Management System for Safeguarding Training

Leicester's Safeguarding Children Partnership, in collaboration with Leicestershire and Rutland's Safeguarding Children Partnership, is seeking to procure a Learning Management System (LMS) to support its multi-agency training program. The partnership delivers safeguarding training and conferences to approximately 2,500 delegates annually through a combination of in-person classroom sessions and online learning modules. The LMS must support course delivery, delegate management, progress tracking, and resource distribution. Additionally, the system should facilitate the publication of safeguarding newsletters and enable the development and distribution of complementary learning resources. The LMS will serve Leicester's Safeguarding Children Partnership Services and partner organisations across the region, requiring robust functionality for multi-agency user management and reporting capabilities.
