    Brief

    The City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a contractor to deliver Phase 2 Section 2 of their City Centre Public Realm Improvement Programme. This initiative supports the council's Connected Places Strategy (approved 2018) and focuses on enhancing infrastructure for buses, cycling, and walking facilities in the city centre. Phase 1 (Victoria Street) and Phase 3 (North Street) have been successfully completed. Part 1 of Phase 2 is substantially complete, and Part 2 construction is now ready to commence. This contract covers construction works on Darlington Street, Queen Square, Lichfield Street, and adjacent streets and passages. The works will be procured through the Midland Highway Alliance Medium Schemes Framework (MSF4). Suitable organisations with experience in public realm and highway improvements are encouraged to apply.
