    Brief

Warwickshire County Council seeks programme, project management and testing services to migrate three social care systems (Mosaic, Abacus and Synergy) from on-premise servers to The Access Group's cloud platform. This is a like-for-like transition with no new functionality at go-live. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and coordinating the migration to ensure service continuity - Comprehensive testing of all system components (connectivity, administration, workflows, forms, data, finance, reporting and business intelligence) - Multiple user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, dry runs and go-live readiness checks - Programme governance and project management oversight - Business intelligence support Success criteria: all applications remain accessible to users, existing workflows function as configured, users can access historic records, and case management activities continue seamlessly post-migration. The provider must ensure operational integrity throughout the transition and validate that all social care staff can perform their duties without disruption.
