Managed Document Services for Aletheia Academies Trust Multi-School Network

Aletheia Academies Trust is seeking a Managed Document Services (MDS) provider to support 16 academies (13 primary schools, 2 nurseries, and 1 all-through school) with approximately 136 devices across the network. The Trust is experiencing significant growth, with student numbers projected to increase from 4,600 to over 8,000 by 2031, requiring a flexible and scalable solution. The contract will involve mobilising 77 devices in the first 12 months, with peak deployments expected in April 2026 and Summer 2026. The successful bidder must demonstrate capability to support this expansion while accommodating some schools seeking device consolidation for cost savings. The contract uses a grouped school approach with staggered end dates for different school clusters to streamline future renewals, rather than a single co-terminus date. Knowle Academy requires a support, maintenance, and toner-only contract as they will own their devices outright. The initial contract term is 5 years with options to extend for two additional one-year periods.
