Creative Design and Print Services for University Publications

Swansea University seeks a creative design and print services provider to deliver comprehensive publication production with end-to-end printing capabilities. The supplier will develop high-quality digital and print publications, including prospectuses and marketing materials, that reflect the University's brand and visual identity while showcasing the institution to prospective students and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include collaborating seamlessly with the in-house design team to meet creative design and print requirements across all university faculties, directorates, and externally funded research institutions. The successful supplier must demonstrate extensive expertise in producing brand-compliant creative marketing assets, managing complex projects and accounts with professionalism, and delivering bilingual design work with confident handling of Welsh language content to comply with Welsh Language Standards applicable to public bodies. Translation services are not included in this scope. This procurement is conducted through the eTenderWales portal, and future repeat or additional goods and services may be subject to direct award under the Procurement Act 2023 Schedule 5.
