Motor Fleet Insurance and Related Services

SettleParadigm seeks one or more qualified providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services for their motor fleet. Successful suppliers must demonstrate strong financial capacity, with insurers requiring a minimum credit rating of A- from Standard & Poor's, A- from AM Best, or equivalent from a reputable independent agency (subject to approval). Ratings below A- may be considered at the contracting authority's discretion with prior disclosure and acceptance. Suppliers will be evaluated based on: their ability to offer multiple suitable insurers and coverage options; a competent team spanning client relationship management, claims management, insurance broking/underwriting, and risk management; and consistent delivery of quality service to the contracting authority and clients, including services from any third-party contractors. This is a 4-year contract, with value quoted exclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT).
