Executive and Non-Executive Recruitment Services Framework

This framework enables public sector organizations to recruit senior leaders, C-suite executives, and non-executive directors through specialist recruitment agencies. It replaces the RM6290 Executive Search framework and provides both core and non-core modular services. Core services include buyer planning, candidate identification and attraction, candidate assessment and evaluation, and offer and appointment support. Non-core services include strategy and planning, talent development, talent mapping, reserve lists and talent pools, executive development and coaching, technology services, international recruitment, psychometric analysis, and market mapping. Organizations can select individual services based on their specific recruitment needs.
