Cyclical Decoration Services Framework 2026-2030

Abri is establishing a framework agreement for cyclical decoration services to maintain and improve the appearance of properties across its portfolio. We are seeking efficient, competent, and experienced contractors with third-party accreditation to provide these services across three regional lots covering the South West, South, and South East of England. The framework will run from 2026 to 2030 and cover the following areas: Lot 1 (South West): Dorset, East Devon, Mendip, North Somerset, Sedgemoor, South Somerset, and Wiltshire; Lot 2 (South): Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, Crawley, East Hampshire, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Mid Sussex, New Forest, Portsmouth, and Southampton; Lot 3 (South East): Basingstoke & Deane, Bracknell Forest, Buckinghamshire, Guildford, Hart, Reading, Rushmoor, Slough, Vale of White Horse, West Berkshire, and Windsor and Maidenhead.
