Services include: security management and supervision; duty management; static guarding and access control; reception services; internal and external patrols; mobile guarding; security control room operations; life safety system monitoring and testing; CCTV management including download and export; fire safety services including warden duties and system testing; first aid and defibrillator provision; incident response, investigation, and evidence gathering; building pass and ID card production and management; key management; courier processing and mail scanning; loading bay and parking management; helpdesk support; threat and vulnerability assessments; equipment and radio provision; enforcement of Transport for London Byelaws; lock/unlock services; temporary provision of security equipment such as CCTV towers and barriers; and ad-hoc security services as required. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in large-scale security operations, compliance with relevant regulations, and ability to manage multiple service streams simultaneously.
