Investment Management System and Services for National Wealth Fund Limited

The National Wealth Fund is seeking a single supplier to provide an investment management solution and comprehensive professional services for managing the financial and operational lifecycle of investments. Key Solution Capabilities: The system must handle complete investment workflows including: deal setup and booking, IFRS-compliant accounting outputs, cashflow calculations, investment closure, risk management, and integration with existing NWF systems. The solution requires data migration support for existing deals and loan portfolios. Product Coverage: The solution must support multiple investment product types across three categories: Debt products (loans, credit facilities, bridge finance, bonds, portfolio loans); Guarantee products (financial guarantees, performance guarantees, credit enhancements); and Equity products (shares, fund investments, convertible instruments). Operational Support: The system must enable daily workflows across Financial Risk Management, Finance Operations, Financial Control, Portfolio Management, and Treasury teams, providing efficient investment monitoring and management capabilities. Contractual Terms: Initial 5-year contract from go-live date with optional extensions of 2+2+1 years (maximum 10-year total term). Total contract value: £15,600,000 (including VAT) across the full 10-year period with extensions.
