Warehousing, Mail Fulfillment and Distribution Services

AHDB is seeking a single supplier to provide comprehensive warehousing, mail fulfillment and distribution services for printed marketing materials and technical publications. The supplier will manage inventory storage of various printed items including flyers, brochures and marketing tools, organized by AHDB sector. Key responsibilities include: managing an online ordering and stock control portal, processing client orders, warehousing and fulfilling mail requests, and assembling marketing and educational kits for campaigns. Materials arrive at the warehouse either directly from publishers or through AHDB and must be catalogued into inventory. Mailing lists and customer data are provided securely by AHDB's Customer Relationship Management team. The contract begins 30th April 2027 and runs for an initial 2 years with optional extensions of 1+1 years. The current contract expires 29th April 2027.
