Bury Based Supplier List for Council Procurement

The Bury Based Supplier List (BBSL) is Bury Council's approved supplier framework for below-threshold procurement activities. The list is open to suppliers and organisations based in Bury or with established substantive business operations in the area, regardless of corporate ownership location. The BBSL comprises 32 Lots covering broad procurement categories including construction, facilities management, social care, IT, legal services, and more. Suppliers can be added to relevant Lots throughout the year on a rolling basis. This is not a traditional framework agreement, and inclusion on the list does not guarantee work opportunities. Council procurement teams use the BBSL to source goods, services, and works in a transparent and proportionate manner aligned to project value, risk, and complexity.
