Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for Legal Services – Commission for Communications Regulation

The Commission for Communications Regulation is seeking to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement to procure legal services across multiple specializations. This tender is organized into six main service areas: (1) Corporate Law Services, (2) General Circuit Court and District Court Litigation, and (3) Core Regulatory and Legal Services with five specialist sub-lots covering Electronic Communications, Cybersecurity and Resilience, EU Data Act, eIDAS, Postal Law, and AI Act and Product Safety. Each lot will result in a separate framework agreement, allowing suppliers to bid for one or multiple lots based on their expertise. This structure enables firms with specialized knowledge in specific regulatory areas to participate alongside those offering broader legal support. The framework will provide the Commission with flexible access to qualified legal counsel across corporate, litigation, and highly specialized regulatory domains.
