Adobe Software Licenses and Support Services

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC) is seeking quotations from authorized Adobe resellers for the renewal and licensing of Adobe software products. The requirement includes: 44 Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses for the 12-month period from 20 September 2026 to 19 September 2027, and 6 Adobe Creative Cloud licenses for the 12-month period from 14 January 2026 to 13 January 2027. Tenderers must be authorized and accredited Adobe resellers and provide documented proof of accreditation. Responses should detail the complete license activation process from order placement through to activation on the Commission's account, with particular attention to ensuring a seamless transition that minimizes any service disruption. Any anticipated downtime must be clearly stated with a detailed timeline. The successful supplier will be expected to provide product support and licensing services during the contract period.
