The College currently operates a Microsoft Teams telephony system integrated with a Contact Centre and Customer Relations Management solution. The organization aims to optimize call routing and direction to ensure inquiries reach the appropriate teams, delivering improved experiences for students, staff, and business partners. While the telephone system usage has declined, it remains essential for key operations including student enrolment and daily college functions. The College is exploring the potential of AI and advanced analytics for future implementation but these are not currently in-scope deliverables. Successful suppliers will demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Teams telephony optimization, call management systems, and integration with existing CRM platforms to maximize system potential and operational efficiency.
