Technical Consultant for Jersey Airport Radar Replacement Programme

Ports of Jersey Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to support the delivery of a new radar system for Jersey Airport. This role involves providing expert technical and procurement advisory services during the planning and tender phases, with a potential extension into post-award project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: developing comprehensive technical documentation such as system requirements and detailed specifications; assisting with Invitation to Tender preparation, including evaluation criteria and scoring frameworks; providing technical guidance throughout the tender process and evaluating supplier responses; and optionally supporting post-award activities including design reviews and supplier engagement. The project focuses on procuring an integrated Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR), Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR), and Wide Area Multilateration (WAM) system to ensure safe and effective air traffic operations within the Channel Islands Control Zone.
