Community Cycling Programme Provider Required

BCP Council is seeking an experienced provider to establish and operate an inclusive community cycling hub - a new initiative for the BCP Council area. The successful provider will be responsible for developing a detailed, costed project plan for delivery in financial year 2026-27, sourcing and maintaining a range of cycles suitable for all abilities and ages, recruiting and managing staff and volunteers, delivering training and compliance activities, establishing a project steering group, engaging with stakeholders and service users, managing project finances including income and expenditure, and securing additional funding to sustain the project beyond year one. All services must comply with relevant legislation, demonstrate good operational practice, and provide clear, accessible information about schedules, services and costs to potential users.
