Student Work Placement Software System - IT Consulting and Development

The contracting authority is seeking a single supplier framework agreement to develop, implement, and support a comprehensive Student Work Placement Software System. The system will streamline student placement management, provider engagement, compliance, and reporting across educational institutions. Key requirements include: end-to-end placement workflow management with student application handling; rules-based allocation with configurable matching and recommendation features; real-time tracking and feedback collection; comprehensive reporting capabilities; seamless integration with existing systems (Banner MIS/CRM or similar); multi-tenant architecture for multiple academic partners; WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance; and full GDPR compliance. The initial pilot implementation will be deployed at the School of Education, St Angela's, Sligo, with potential expansion through the framework agreement.
