Supported Living Services for People with Physical and Sensory Disabilities at Harrison Court

Leicester City Council is awarding a contract for the provision of enablement supported living services at Harrison Court, a 16-flat scheme in Leicester. The successful provider will deliver care and support to up to 8 residents with physical and/or sensory disabilities in self-contained flats. Key responsibilities include: monitoring residents' health in partnership with Care Management and health professionals; understanding the specific needs of people with physical and sensory disabilities to provide timely and compassionate support; signposting residents to relevant services such as aids, adaptations, assistive technology, hearing support, and sign language services; and collaborating with housing providers, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure the living environment supports each person's disability, health condition, or sensory needs. The service will operate within an established scheme managed in partnership with Platform Housing Group. The contract will run for an initial 12-month period from 15 November 2026 to 14 November 2027, with an option to extend for a further 12 months until 14 November 2028. A standstill period of 8 working days commenced upon publication of this notice, expiring on 30 September 2026.
