Local Flood Risk Management Strategy Consultancy Services

This is a consultancy services contract for the development and preparation of a Local Flood Risk Management Strategy for a Local Lead Flood Authority (LLFA). The services are being procured as a continuation of existing work originally contracted through the ESPO Consultancy framework 664_21, which has now expired. This extension is being awarded to the existing supplier to ensure continuity and compatibility with previously delivered services. Changing suppliers would introduce technical incompatibilities and operational difficulties that would be disproportionately burdensome. Suppliers should note this is a direct extension engagement focused on building upon established deliverables and methodologies. Relevant experience in flood risk assessment, strategy development, and work with local authorities is essential.
