Supply and Maintain Multi-Functional Devices for Primary School Trust

Equals Trust is seeking a contractor to supply and maintain multi-functional devices (MFDs) for its primary schools. The contract will be phased to align with existing lease terminations, with all lease end dates coordinated with a 5-year maintenance agreement. Key Requirements: - Proven experience supporting primary school trusts with flexible, personalized service - All staff must have appropriate safeguarding training and enhanced DBS checks for on-site work - Provide a Letter of Assurance confirming all visiting staff meet 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' standards and possess enhanced DBS clearance - Notify the Trust of all new staff and their DBS clearance numbers, as well as staff departures - Assign a dedicated account manager with real-time job tracking and clear escalation procedures - Commit to a 4-hour service level agreement (SLA) for on-site engineer response if remote resolution is not possible - Implement continuous improvement monitoring to identify recurring faults and recommend service, sustainability, and cost-saving improvements - Provide cost-effective solutions for card release printing and data collection - Supply all materials and resources required for service delivery - Demonstrate commitment to sustainability initiatives - Maintain full compliance with Health and Safety legislation - Ensure proper waste sorting, disposal, and recycling The ideal supplier will combine technical expertise with a genuine understanding of the education sector and a commitment to safeguarding.
