Event Catering and Hospitality Services for Ireland's EU Presidency

Ireland's Permanent Representation to the European Union in Brussels is seeking catering services to support Ireland's Presidency of the Council of the EU from July to December 2026. The catering service must provide flexible, high-quality food and beverage offerings for an increased volume of representational events, meetings, and official functions during this six-month period. The successful provider will be responsible for delivering consistent, professional catering that enhances attendee experience and supports the efficient execution of the Presidency's event programme. Services must be available to commence on 1 July 2026. Suppliers should demonstrate experience in large-scale event catering, ability to handle varying event sizes and formats, and understanding of diplomatic or formal event requirements.
