Pre-Market Engagement: Psychosocial Activities and Community Supports Services in Northern Ireland

The Business Services Organisation Procurement and Logistics Service (BSO PaLS), on behalf of the CAWT Partnership, invites suppliers to participate in pre-market engagement for a new health and social work services contract. This engagement exercise seeks to raise awareness, gauge market interest, and gather insight on the provision of psychosocial activities and community support services across the Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT) and Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT) areas in Northern Ireland. Services will include both 1:1 and group-based psychosocial activities and community supports. Interested suppliers should review the Pre-Market Engagement Paper and submit the completed Questionnaire (Appendix 1) via eTendersNI (Resource ID 6528407) by 29 May 2026 at 15:00. This engagement is part of the PEACEPLUS-funded CAWT Community Connections and Wellbeing project. Participation in this pre-market engagement does not commit suppliers to bid in any subsequent procurement exercise, and non-participation does not restrict future bidding opportunities.
