Workday Managed Payroll Services Supplier Appointment

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is procuring a single Workday Recognised Managed Service Supplier (MSP) to deliver secure and compliant payroll services for all FCA and PSR employees. The selected supplier will manage the FCA's transition from its current commercial off-the-shelf payroll platform to a fully managed Workday Payroll Module solution. Key responsibilities include managing employee absence (half pay and nil pay triggers), monitoring compliance with National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage requirements, handling configuration changes and testing across Workday updates and legislative changes, and managing the Civil Service Pension scheme including controls, reconciliation, and monthly interface submissions. The supplier must be certified as a Workday Recognised MSP and provide business-as-usual payroll operations in accordance with the FCA ITT Annex A Statement of Requirements (document C3695).
