Ireland: Body Armour Supply and Maintenance Contract – Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

This public procurement competition invites qualified suppliers to bid for a contract to develop, manufacture, supply, and maintain body armour for An Garda Síochána (Irish National Police). The contract encompasses three groups of equipment: Group I – Uniform and Specialist Personal Body Armour including soft ballistic and knife-resistant protective panels with suitable carriers designed to be worn with current AGS uniforms; Group II – Tactical Body Armour featuring soft armour, plates, suitable carriers with load-carrying capability and ancillary equipment; and Group III – Ballistic Covert Body Armour. Qualified candidates must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to request participation in the competition.
