Project Controls Support for Dounreay Reactors

Nuclear Restoration Services Limited (Dounreay) is seeking a consultant to provide planning and cost engineering support for project controls. The consultant will be responsible for creating and updating project schedules and cost estimates, ensuring alignment of costs with project phases and durations. They will contribute to monthly reporting, analyze project progress, and advise project teams on performance issues. The consultant will apply Earned Value Management principles, support change control and risk management, and interact regularly with project teams, including project managers and finance staff. Additionally, they will mentor trainee project controls staff in accordance with Dounreay's training program, adhering to best practices and Dounreay's standards.
