Damp and Mould Investigation and Remediation Services

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct investigations and remedial works related to damp and mould in its social housing properties. The contractor will survey properties, identify damp and mould issues, and provide detailed reports with findings and recommended actions. This will assist the Council in planning necessary repairs or improvements. The Council manages approximately 5,500 social housing properties across a 276-square-mile area and is committed to supporting suppliers throughout the tender process. Questions can be submitted via the In-tend electronic tendering system until 5pm on August 22, 2025. Completed tender documentation must be submitted electronically by noon on August 29, 2025, through the In-tend system. Late submissions will not be considered. The contract term is for 2 years.
