Warwickshire Bus Marketing Campaigns 2026

Warwickshire County Council is seeking an external agency to deliver a series of marketing campaigns in 2026/27 to increase bus usage across three key audiences: young people aged 14-25, adults aged 25-50 (including those with young children), and residents aged 66+ eligible for the Warwickshire Concessionary Bus Pass. The campaigns will aim to boost patronage of Warwickshire bus services, drive traffic to refreshed WCC public transport information pages, raise awareness of the concessionary bus pass scheme, and highlight improvements to the Warwickshire bus fleet including enhanced passenger experience, accessibility, smart ticketing, and payment options. This follows a successful 2024-2025 young person campaign that achieved 10-13% increases in bus patronage. Funding is available from the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP+) central government allocation. The selected agency will receive detailed information on the previous campaign's media placements and performance to inform strategy.
