Production Management Services for North End Road Seasonal Traffic Free Markets 2026-27

This opportunity invites experienced production management suppliers to deliver comprehensive services for the North End Road (NER) Seasonal Traffic Free Festivals in 2026-27. The successful supplier will provide professional on-site event operations including an experienced production crew for rigging, maintaining, and de-rigging all event infrastructure. Key deliverables include: supplying, installing, managing and removing the Main Stage and 2 Busking Stages with associated seasonal décor, festoon lighting, barriers, and street furniture; managing all event power and audio requirements with safe installation and compliance with sound level standards; providing mixing equipment to host DJ-led street parties; delivering and removing picnic benches, individual seating and other furniture to enhance the visitor experience; and close collaboration with Council teams (Events, Highways, Street Cleansing, Parking, Food Safety) to ensure safe, compliant and well-coordinated delivery. The supplier will also work in partnership with the LBHF Event Team, sponsors, and local partners including Hammersmith London and Hammersmith Kings Mall. This opportunity is suitable for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), and subcontracting is permitted where appropriate to support delivery.
