Social Care Provider Management Software - Market Engagement

The Council currently works with numerous regulated and non-regulated social care providers across multiple service areas. Provider information is currently scattered across different systems, teams, and processes, making it difficult to maintain a unified view of relationships and effectively support commissioning, contract management, quality assurance, and market planning activities. The Council is interested in solutions that could provide integrated provider relationship management functionality, potentially including: provider records and contact management, engagement activity logs, risk and issue tracking, quality and performance monitoring, market intelligence gathering, reporting and dashboards, and integration with existing Council systems. This preliminary market engagement aims to help suppliers demonstrate their solutions and allows the Council to: assess the current market maturity, identify potential delivery options, understand implementation requirements and risks, evaluate support models and data security arrangements, and gather indicative pricing information. Suppliers are invited to share information about their existing solutions, relevant case studies from social care or comparable sectors, capability to meet the Council's requirements, implementation timelines, integration capabilities, and costs.
