Water Reuse and Filtration Feasibility Study

This consultancy engagement invites qualified contractors to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and cost analysis for water reuse systems at a facility. The project focuses on two primary objectives: (1) evaluating the reuse of tunnel sump water for tunnel wall washing operations, and (2) assessing the reuse of building roof and wastewater for toilet flushing and use in sinks and showers. The contractor must ensure all reused water meets current safe water quality standards required for tunnel washing operations. The work will be structured according to RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) project stages: Stage 0 (Strategic Definition), Stage 1 (Preparation and Briefing), and Stage 2 (Concept Design). The deliverable will include a detailed report presenting feasibility findings, cost analysis, and anticipated return on investment to support decision-making on implementation.
