Security Operations Centre as a Service (SOCaaS)

Pool Re is seeking a single supplier to provide comprehensive Security Operations Centre services. The scope includes: service delivery and incident management; log collection and management; SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) operations and data retention; threat intelligence and detection engineering; vulnerability assessment and scanning; reporting and analytics; service management and continuous improvement; security assurance, testing, and exercise support; and security awareness training with phishing simulations. This is a full-service engagement requiring expertise across multiple security domains to protect and monitor Pool Re's infrastructure and respond to security threats.
