This pre-market engagement exercise seeks supplier input on the scope and structure of the Dynamic Market, which will cover 12 key categories: electricity and gas supply management, utility infrastructure and connections, metering and data services, energy compliance and auditing, net zero and carbon management consultancy, renewable and low carbon technologies, electric vehicle infrastructure, flexibility and demand-side response services, water and wastewater supply, water efficiency services, heat networks and district energy services, and smart building energy optimization. Suppliers are invited to respond to the Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire via the Delta e-sourcing system to provide feedback on market design. Once established, the Dynamic Market will remain open to new applications throughout its term, with individual participating bodies defining their own requirements and conducting competitive procurements under the framework. The University of Essex has appointed Dukefield Energy Limited to manage the pre-market engagement exercise and provide ongoing administration of the Dynamic Market.
