Single Point of Access for Eye Care Referral Management

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board is seeking a service provider to establish a Single Point of Access (SPoA) Eye Care Service that will manage and triage all ophthalmology referrals across the Cheshire and Merseyside region. The service must be clinically led and will serve as a centralized referral management hub to improve the quality of referrals, enable patient choice in treatment options, streamline patient pathways to appropriate care providers, and reduce avoidable secondary care demand through standardized processes. Suppliers should be experienced in healthcare referral management, patient triage, clinical governance, and have the capability to integrate with existing NHS systems and pathways.
