    Brief

This project involves installing a 500kW biomass boiler system at Aura Leisure Centre in Letterkenny. The scope includes mechanical and electrical works to connect the new system to the existing heating infrastructure, construction of a flue pipe, and installation of fuel storage, loading, and thermal storage systems. Donegal County Council is seeking a contractor to either refurbish the existing biomass system (out of service since 2014 due to basement flooding) or design and install a new standalone system. Additional work includes modifications to the existing boiler house, installation of a new pressurization system, and all associated technical specifications. The main contractor will be responsible for design decisions and implementation.
