Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Service

This is a comprehensive contract to establish and operate a stray dog collection, transportation, kennelling, care and outcome management service across the borough. The contractor will be responsible for collecting stray dogs, transporting them safely, providing kennelling facilities with appropriate care standards, and managing their outcomes (adoption, return to owners, or other appropriate arrangements). Services must comply with all applicable legislation and guidance, including animal welfare standards, and deliver value for money. The contractor will operate this service from the commencement date throughout the contract term, ensuring adequate resources, trained staff, and facilities to handle the borough's stray dog population effectively.
