Brook House Refurbishment Contract – Scarborough

Beyond Housing is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a phased refurbishment of Brook House in Scarborough. The project will modernise the building to create a contemporary, accessible, and collaborative workspace for customers and colleagues. The work will be structured in three phases, with each phase covering refurbishment of one floor: Phase 1 – Ground Floor, Phase 2 – First Floor, and Phase 3 – Second Floor. Bidders must submit proposals covering all three phases. Beyond Housing will award the contract to a single contractor and will authorise progression to each subsequent phase only after satisfactory completion of the previous phase. This approach allows flexibility while maintaining continuity and accountability throughout the project.
