UK Railway Carriage Lifting Jacks - Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance

This open tender seeks a qualified supplier to design, supply, install, and maintain Rail Carriage Lifting Jacks for Northern Ireland Railways' new Enterprise Fleet. The lifting system must be capable of safely lifting train bodies and bogies using their lifting pads, allowing for removal and replacement of bogies and underframe equipment. The equipment will be delivered to and installed at York Road Maintenance Depot (Running Shed), 1 York Road, Belfast, BT15 3RP. The successful tenderer will work collaboratively with the project designer and principal contractor overseeing the broader NIR Facilities improvement works at the York Road location. Mandatory requirements include: completion of a compulsory site visit no later than two weeks before the submission deadline, and submission of your tender response exclusively through the eTendersNI portal's Call for Tender system.
