    Brief

GM Live Well is Greater Manchester's community-led initiative to improve health and wellbeing by shifting how public services, health organisations, local authorities, and communities work together. This whole-system approach focuses on prevention, removing barriers to opportunity, and tackling health, social and economic inequalities at neighbourhood level. Oldham is one of five accelerator sites leading this work with support from The National Lottery Community Fund. The programme brings together NHS GM, 10 local authorities, businesses, voluntary and community organisations, faith groups, and local people to build community power and action. Suppliers are sought to evaluate the effectiveness of Oldham's Live Well implementation, including its impact on community engagement, system transformation, and outcomes for residents. The evaluation should assess how well the programme achieves its goals of being community-led and system-enabled, and how it contributes to Greater Manchester's broader prevention and reform ambitions.
