Heavy and Municipal Vehicle Supply Framework for Scottish Councils

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) for a framework agreement to supply and deliver heavy and municipal vehicles to all 32 Scottish council areas and Scotland Excel Associate Members. The framework will cover multiple vehicle types including refuse collection vehicles, winter maintenance vehicles, road sweeping vehicles, and general-purpose heavy vehicles. Suppliers should note that the framework will include opportunities for specialist body building services and alternatively fuelled vehicle options (electric, hydrogen, or hybrid). Awarded suppliers may also provide additional services such as vehicle leasing quotations, buy-back options, fleet disposal services, and second-hand vehicle purchase options. This is an open opportunity for vehicle suppliers and service providers to partner with Scottish councils.
